Neurodevelopmental Pathway Clinical Team Manager - North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the St Helens Neurodevelopmental Pathway Team as the Neurodevelopmental Pathway Clinical Team Manager.

We are looking for a committed individual, who has extensive knowledge of neurodevelopmental assessment to work as part of the multi-agency neurodevelopmental pathway.

The succesful candidate will join our pathway team who are highly committed to coordinating the assessment process for the young people of St Helens who are seeking assessment or diagnosis of a neurodevelopmental condition.They will operationally manage the development and implementation of a diagnostic pathway for children with neurodevelopmental difficulties.

Patient Care Advisor/Receptionist

Eccleston Medical Centre is looking to recruit an Experienced Patient Care Advisor to work at our busy purpose built GP Practice. 

Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week, between 8.00am - 6.30pm

The successful applicant will be expected to provide a high standard of customer care to our patients, provide and manage efficient administrative support to the team and have the ability to cope well in a very busy environment. 

Previous experience of working in a busy healthcare environment is desirable.

You will need excellent customer care and staff management skills, a good level of general education and the ability to work accurately under pressure with attention to detail. The ability to manage your own workload is essential along with the desire to learn new skills. Other essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and leaders, clinicians and management. Attention to detail and having an excellent concentration span are also essential.

Experience in a primary care setting is preferred but not essential
