- Think Wellbeing St Helens is the new name for our talking therapy service (also known as IAPT) which transferred to North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on 1 November 2019. Patients of the service should not experience anything different and will continue to see the same practitioners and be offered the same interventions as previously provided. - North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust also provides a 24-hour phone line providing health assessments, advice and signposting for adults with moderate to severe symptoms of mental illness. You can contact this service on 01744 621688.
